Key Responsibilities
Electrical Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Execution
- Execute and coordinate electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities at site in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications
- Conduct inspection, testing, and functional checks of electrical systems and equipment to verify compliance with design and performance requirements
- Support energization activities ensuring all safety requirements, approved procedures, and authority hold points are fully observed
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical commissioning issues promptly to maintain project schedule and avoid rework
Document Review & System Readiness Verification
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, datasheets, vendor documents, and commissioning procedures prior to site execution
- Monitor completion of construction activities and verify that systems are mechanically complete before commissioning commences
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, vendors, and other disciplines to ensure all systems are fully ready for commissioning
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors during testing and commissioning activities to ensure correct equipment operation
Documentation, Punch Lists & System Handover
- Prepare and maintain commissioning check sheets, test records, punch lists, and all related commissioning documentation to project standards
- Support system completion, punch clearance, and final handover activities — ensuring all outstanding items are tracked and closed before handover
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all commissioning activities, test results, and equipment status throughout the project
- Contribute to handover packages and as-built commissioning documentation for operations team acceptance
HSE Compliance & Multi-Discipline Coordination
- Ensure all electrical commissioning activities are carried out safely and in full accordance with HSE requirements and approved site procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (REQUIRED)
Experience Requirements

- Strong experience in electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning — site-based, hands-on experience on major projects
