Position Overview
This Linen Provider role involves checking linen quality, identifying damaged or stained items, and coordinating returns for rewash or replacement. You will prepare orders, label and pack linen according to client requirements, assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and collaborate with warehouse, laundry, and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time service.

Key Responsibilities
Linen Sorting & Quality Control
- Receive, sort, count, and organize clean linens, ensuring accurate allocation to client locations
- Check linen quality, identifying damaged or stained items
- Coordinate returns for rewash or replacement
Order Preparation & Logistics
- Prepare orders, labeling and packing linen according to client requirements
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Team Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse, laundry, and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure on-time service to healthcare and hospitality clients
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures is essential
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality, inspecting linens for cleanliness, wear, and damage
- Basic inventory and organizational skills, including counting, record-keeping, and order preparation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move linen bundles
