Position Overview
This Textile Print Designer role creates original prints and patterns for high-end luxury dresses and resort wear, ensuring all designs are production-ready and suitable for fine fabrics. You will collaborate closely with design and production teams to bring concepts to life, research fashion trends and color palettes for the luxury market, develop designs digitally and via hand-drawn sketches, maintain a library of patterns, swatches, and digital assets, and work closely with the senior designer throughout the creative process.

Print & Pattern Design
- Create original prints and patterns for high-end luxury dresses and resort wear
- Ensure all prints are production-ready and suitable for fine fabrics
Collaboration & Trend Research
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to bring concepts to life
- Research fashion trends, color palettes, and textile innovations for the luxury market
- Work closely with the senior designer
Digital Design & Asset Management
- Develop designs digitally using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and via hand-drawn sketches
- Maintain a library of patterns, swatches, and digital assets
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience creating prints for luxury or high-end fashion garments
- Strong portfolio of prints for dresses or similar apparel
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of fabric types, color accuracy, and textile printing processes
Essential Skills
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
