Position Overview
The Project Supply Chain Management Coordinator leads and coordinates Just-in-Sequence (JIS) logistics projects in the EMEA region, from logistics concept and offer creation through implementation to series support. This role contributes to the EMEA rollout of SAP S/4 HANA with regard to JIS modules, develops and standardizes SCM processes with a focus on inventory management models, and takes responsibility for the timely, quality, and budget-compliant execution of JIS projects.

Key Responsibilities
JIS Logistics Project Leadership
- Lead and coordinate Just-in-Sequence (JIS) logistics projects in the EMEA region, from logistics concept and offer creation through implementation to series support
- Contribute to the EMEA rollout of SAP S/4 HANA with regard to Just-in-Sequence modules
- Steer project plans, milestones, risks, and measures to ensure stable customer supply
SCM Process Development & Standardization
- Develop, validate, and standardize SCM processes, with particular focus on inventory management models
- Coordinate and align within the EMEA region and SAP-adjacent system integration
- Contribute to strategic SCM initiatives and global optimization projects to increase supply chain efficiency
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate international interfaces between production plants, SCM headquarters, IT, procurement, sales, external partners, and OEM customers
- Prepare analyses, management reports, and decision templates, deriving data-based improvement measures
- Ensure transparent communication and escalation of risks and deviations
Project Delivery & Series Support
- Take responsibility for the timely, quality, and budget-compliant execution of JIS projects
- Ensure stable series processes, resilient inventory models, and an efficient, customer-oriented supply chain
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Business Administration, or a similar qualification
Experience Requirements
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, ideally with initial experience in Just-in-Sequence logistics
- First experience in project management
- Initial SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is desirable

- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, with a structured working method
