Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate daily shipping and logistics activities
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and related records
- Verify shipment information, quantities, destinations, and documentation
Carrier & Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Assist with booking shipments and coordinating transportation arrangements
Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status
- Monitor shipping schedules, collection dates, and delivery timelines
- Follow up on delayed, damaged, or incomplete shipments and escalate issues when required
Compliance, Reporting & Cross-Team Support
- Assist with import/export documentation and customs-related coordination
- Prepare shipping reports and operational updates for management
- Support inventory, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain teams when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Transportation, or a related field is preferred
Experience Requirements
- Previous shipping, logistics, freight, warehouse, or operations experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of shipping and logistics processes
Essential Skills
