  • Verify subcontracted engineering and oversee procurement/bid evaluation — reviewing and technically approving engineering submissions from pipeline design subcontractors, material suppliers, and specialist engineering service providers, assessing the technical compliance and adequacy of their deliverables against project specifications and applicable subsea pipeline design standards
  • Review client requirements and contribute to technical proposals for EPCI and T&I contracts — applying sealine engineering expertise to the preparation and review of technical proposals for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation or Transportation and Installation contracts, including basis of design documentation, technical approach descriptions, and preliminary design analyses that demonstrate the organisation’s technical capability to prospective clients
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, perform bid evaluations, and manage engineering deliverables — developing the technical content of material and service requisitions, evaluating supplier and subcontractor bid submissions against technical requirements, and managing the engineering deliverables schedule to ensure all project documentation milestones are met

Qualifications & Requirements
