- Develop inside sales skills within ABB’s Motion Business Area — learning how ABB’s High Power and Motion Drive Products are positioned, quoted, and sold to industrial customers across the UAE and the broader Middle East market, building the commercial acumen and customer communication confidence that complements technical engineering knowledge
- Support sales activities, client engagement, and commercial proposal processes — gaining practical exposure to the full inside sales workflow from lead qualification through technical solution matching and commercial negotiation, under the guidance of experienced ABB sales professionals
- Develop ABB product knowledge across the Motion portfolio — building the technical product understanding that makes an inside sales professional genuinely credible and commercially effective with industrial engineering customers who know ABB’s technology well
Marketing, Operations & Project Management Rotations
- Participate in marketing rotations — learning how ABB positions its Motion products in competitive UAE and GCC markets, supporting campaign activities, market intelligence projects, and customer communication initiatives across ABB’s Motion Business Area digital and commercial marketing channels
