This Senior Advisor role involves advising senior leaders on operational excellence, business performance and leadership effectiveness, partnering with executives to identify improvement opportunities, coaching and mentoring leaders to strengthen decision-making and accountability, translating strategic priorities into operational actions, contributing structure and insight in complex leadership discussions, and supporting cross-functional alignment where better execution is needed.
