Position Overview
This Loss Prevention Supervisor role involves patrolling all areas of the property, securing rooms and assisting guests with access, conducting emergency response drills and daily safety inspections, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, investigating incidents and conducting interviews, responding to accidents and administering first aid/CPR, defusing disturbances and resolving safety hazards, ensuring alcoholic beverage control compliance, and assisting management with training, motivating and coaching employees.

Key Responsibilities
Property Patrol & Access Control
- Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with room access
- Authorize, monitor and document access to secured areas
Safety Inspections & Emergency Response
- Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections and key control audits
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required
- Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Monitoring & Investigations
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
- Conduct investigations, interviews and gather information to complete reports
- Maintain confidentiality of reports and documents, releasing information only to authorized individuals
Guest Service & Disturbance Management
- Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Handle all interruptions and complaints; escort unwelcome persons from the property
- Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Team Leadership
- Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door process
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
