Position Overview
This Stock Coordinator role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing merchandise while maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing products for quick availability. The position ensures the seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor, working closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Quality Control
- Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy
- Inspect product quality and report discrepancies or damaged products to the store/assistant manager
- Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage
Stock Organization & Replenishment
- Classify and stock products in the stockroom per store procedures for quick availability
- Tag newly arrived stock and return products as instructed by seniors
- Assist sales staff in replenishing stocks on shelves to ensure product availability
- Check for missing price tags and report them
Inventory Reporting & Stock Take
- Record inventory inward/outward movement and maintain accurate reports
- Assist during stock take processes
- Support accurate, up-to-date stock level tracking
Security, Housekeeping & Flexibility
- Maintain awareness and vigilance of store security at all times
- Uphold the highest standards of housekeeping in the stockroom
- Work flexible, extended hours during sale and festival periods
- Be physically fit with the ability to lift around 10kg
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems to track and manage stock
- Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
