Position Overview
The Quality Controller at Wooden Coffee in Riyadh is a full-time, on-site role responsible for monitoring quality standards consistently across all company branches, conducting routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished products, identifying and documenting non-conformities, supporting the implementation of quality policies, assisting with internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and hygiene compliance, provide actionable feedback to improve workflows, and help train team members on quality procedures — all within a dynamic, multi-branch food and beverage environment in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s capital city.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Quality Monitoring & Product Inspections
- Monitor quality standards consistently across all of Wooden Coffee’s branch locations throughout Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished products at each branch in accordance with company quality standards and requirements
- Identify non-conformities in products, processes, or procedures — documenting all findings clearly and accurately for management review and corrective action
- Work directly with the Operations and Production teams to address identified quality issues promptly and develop effective, lasting resolutions
Audit Support & Quality Policy Implementation
- Support the implementation of Wooden Coffee’s quality policies, procedures, and standards across all branch operations in Riyadh
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal quality audits — conducting thorough inspections and documenting compliance findings in full
- Maintain organized, accurate, and complete quality documentation and audit records as required by company quality management standards
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives — identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending practical, actionable enhancements
Safety, Hygiene & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with team members across all functions to ensure consistent compliance with safety and hygiene requirements at every branch location
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to branch teams and management to help improve quality-related workflows and operational standards
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations applicable to food and beverage operations in Saudi Arabia
- Serve as the on-site quality point of contact for branch teams — providing guidance, support, and accountability on all quality-related matters
Team Training & Quality Culture Development
- Train team members and new hires on quality control procedures, quality standards, and best practices relevant to food and beverage branch operations
- Foster a quality-first mindset across all Wooden Coffee branches — encouraging every team member to take ownership of product and service quality daily
- Support the development of a continuous improvement culture by recognizing quality wins and proactively addressing recurring quality challenges at branch level
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Skills & QC Expertise
- Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance — able to monitor, assess, and actively maintain product and service standards across multiple branches
- Solid experience in Quality Management including the practical application of policies, procedures, and continuous improvement practices in a food or beverage environment
- Practical auditing experience with the proven ability to conduct internal inspections and document compliance with quality requirements professionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail across all quality monitoring and reporting activities
Experience & Industry Background
- Previous experience in the food, beverage, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage for this multi-branch quality controller role in Riyadh
- Proven ability to train team members and new hires on quality procedures and best practices in an operational food or beverage environment
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Operations, Production, and branch management
