Key Responsibilities
Truck Loading & Goods Transport
- Load trucks efficiently and safely with hanging and flat-packed fashion goods ready for onward distribution
- Transport goods within the warehouse facility using appropriate equipment and following all safety and operational procedures
- Ensure all loaded goods are correctly secured, organised, and documented before truck departure
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational standards during loading and transport activities
Packing, Weighing, Counting & Labelling
- Pack fashion goods accurately in accordance with Mode Logistik’s packing standards and customer delivery requirements
- Weigh, count, and measure items carefully to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications and delivery orders
- Apply correct labels, barcodes, and product identifications to all items prior to storage, dispatch, or delivery
- Maintain accuracy in all counting, weighing, and packing activities — reporting discrepancies immediately to supervisors
Warehouse Storage & Organisation
- Store goods correctly in designated shelving areas in accordance with warehouse organisation and storage protocols
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment at all times in line with Mode Logistik’s standards
- Ensure hanging garments and flat-packed fashion products are stored and handled correctly to prevent damage
- Contribute to stock accuracy by following correct storage, rotation, and inventory management procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Language Requirements
- Experience in warehouse work, logistics, or a similar physically active storage and distribution role is desirable
- Good German or English language skills at a minimum B2 level — required for team communication and safety instructions
