Position Overview
This KI-Manager role is about people as much as technology. You will enable employees through workshops, e-learning and micro-learning, spot AI potential and turn it into real use cases, support new digital tools in daily work, collect feedback from sales, staff and back-office teams, and build a bank-wide network of AI multipliers.

Key Responsibilities
Enablement & Learning
- Train employees in digital working and AI tools with workshops, e-learning and micro-learning
- Act as first-level contact and sparring partner for AI and digital questions
AI Use Cases & Transformation
- Identify potential and develop practical AI use cases
- Make successful applications visible in daily work
- Support the introduction of new digital solutions and show their value
Community & Innovation Loop
- Build an in-house network of AI multipliers
- Gather feedback from sales, staff and back-office teams and feed it into development
- Contribute to the full AI value chain from data to use case to rollout
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication, or comparable qualification
- Training or coaching qualification is desirable
Skills
- Enthusiasm for digital development and artificial intelligence
- Initiative and creativity in designing modern learning formats
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build confidence
- Strong communication and ability to analyse needs and develop practical solutions
Other
- Willingness to travel at least 50% within the business area
