ICQA Supervisor Position Overview
Your shift starts with a huddle: review yesterday’s accuracy numbers, flag open discrepancies and set priorities. Then you walk the floor, checking fire exits, bin labels and overflowing pick faces. When a count is off, you do not just fix it. You trace why a unit went missing or a bin was mislabeled, then put a fix in place so it does not happen again. By the end of the day you hand over a clean accuracy and quality report to the ICQA Manager.

- Plan and run daily and weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate misplaced, mislabeled, damaged or missing stock to root cause.
- Maintain bin and location integrity, and track inventory accuracy KPIs.
- Conduct daily quality walks and audits of pick faces, staging and storage.
- Log defects, raise corrective actions and support 5S and defect-reduction work.
- Supervise, schedule and coach ICQA associates, and train new starters.
- Set daily targets, balance workload and manage performance.
- Enforce safety standards, such as clear fire exits and unobstructed aisles.
- Produce daily and weekly accuracy and quality reports.
- Work with Operations, Inbound and Outbound teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in inventory control, quality assurance or warehouse operations, including 1+ year leading a team.

- Solid Excel skills (filters, pivots, formulas) and comfort with WMS systems.
