You will work closely with the Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, Identity and Service Desk teams.

Key Responsibilities
VDI Administration & Platforms
- Run enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments
- Manage desktop pools, host pools, session hosts and connection brokers
- Administer platforms such as Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365
- Support VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure, and recommend platform improvements
Golden Images & Application Delivery
- Build, patch, test and version standard golden images with rollback plans
- Package and publish applications, including CAD, BIM and document management tools
- Evaluate GPU-enabled desktops for graphics-heavy workloads
- Fix application launch, printing and compatibility issues
User Profiles & Workspace
- Manage profile solutions such as FSLogix or Citrix Profile Management
- Solve profile corruption, slow logins and storage or permission problems
- Keep a consistent user experience across pools and access locations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with enterprise virtualization and desktop delivery platforms
- Strong Windows, identity services and application packaging knowledge
- Experience with cloud-hosted workspaces and IT service management
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation and change management skills
- Ability to work with security, network and business teams
