- Manage complete inbound and outbound logistics for both retail and project-based shipments — locally in UAE and internationally
- Review shipping costs, evaluate routing options, and coordinate air, sea, and land freight arrangements for all active shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries meeting Caspaiou’s quality standards
- Monitor shipment progress proactively — identifying and resolving delays before they impact project timelines or client satisfaction
Customs Clearance, Documentation & Insurance Claims
- Oversee all shipping documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import/export declarations
- Manage UAE customs clearance for all international shipments — ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal company standards
- Handle shipping-related insurance claims accurately and professionally — coordinating with insurers, freight forwarders, and management as required
- Maintain all shipment records accurately within Microsoft Dynamics — ensuring real-time logistics visibility for all relevant stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams — aligning logistics schedules with project delivery requirements and client timelines
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Team on all incoming shipments, damaged goods, and discrepancies — ensuring fast, accurate resolution
- Communicate delivery updates and shipment status proactively to all relevant internal stakeholders and project teams

Logistics Administrator Supervision & Reporting

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
