ADNOC Drilling is hiring an Operator Bulk Product in Abu Dhabi to run the bulk handling systems behind cementing operations. About the Role
You will operate and monitor bulk handling systems to store and distribute cementing products and additives. You will set up and calibrate equipment so materials are measured and delivered accurately to the mixing and cementing units, manage loading, unloading and storage of cement, additives and chemicals, and watch flow rates, levels and pressures in real time. You will also coordinate with cementing teams so products reach wellsites on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor silos, conveyors and pneumatic systems to distribute bulk cementing products and additives
- Set up and calibrate equipment for accurate measurement and delivery
- Oversee loading, unloading and storage of cement, additives and chemicals safely
- Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, making repairs where needed
- Watch flow rates, levels and pressures, and adjust settings for best performance
- Follow ADNOC Drilling HSE policies, including hazardous material handling and PPE
- Keep accurate usage and equipment records and prepare reports
- Coordinate deliveries with cementing teams and wellsite schedules
- Train junior operators and field assistants, and dispose of waste properly
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in engineering or a related field is preferred
- 3–5 years in bulk product handling or similar operations in oil and gas
- Knowledge of UAE, ADNOC and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice
