 Key Responsibilities

Sugarcane & Rice Farming Operations

  • Participate in and support all aspects of sugarcane and rice crop planting, seeding, and establishment operations across Florida Crystals’ 180,000-acre Palm Beach County farming estate
  • Assist in planning and executing crop cultivation activities — including soil preparation, nutrient management, fertilization programs, and targeted pest and weed control treatments across active production fields
  • Support efficient and timely harvest operations across sugarcane and rice crop production areas — coordinating field activities to ensure smooth, productive, and waste-minimizing harvest execution
  • Contribute to crop rotation planning and implementation — supporting soil health, yield optimization, and the long-term sustainability of Florida Crystals’ regeneratively managed farmland

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements
