Position Overview
This Supply Chain Manager role develops and optimizes supply chain processes and logistics systems with a focus on EDI interfaces and automated data exchange. You will take responsibility for end-to-end processes from order entry and forecasting to shipping and invoicing, and on the procurement side through goods receipt. The role includes conceptualizing and implementing new logistics solutions, managing supply chain projects across Sales, IT, and Warehouse teams, and advising customers and suppliers, including participation in contract negotiations and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics Process Development
- Develop and optimize supply chain processes and logistics systems with a focus on EDI interfaces and automated data exchange
- Support and continuously develop existing logistics systems based on defined KPIs, inventory levels, and process requirements
End-to-End Process Ownership
- Take responsibility for end-to-end processes from order entry and forecasting to shipping and invoicing
- Manage procurement-side processes through goods receipt
Logistics Solutions & Project Management
- Conceptualize, economically evaluate, and implement new logistics solutions for customers, suppliers, and sales departments
- Manage supply chain projects in close collaboration with Sales, IT, Warehouse, Material Management, and Product Marketing
Customer & Supplier Advisory
- Advise customers and suppliers on logistics solutions
- Participate in contract negotiations, workshops, and implementation of individual logistics concepts
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed studies with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience Requirements
- Professional experience in supply chain management, process optimization, or logistics systems management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, ideally with EDI interface and SAP experience
Essential Skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach with project management experience
- Experience evaluating economic relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills
