Position Overview
This MHE Operator role involves operating forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse facilities, unloading, receiving, storing and moving inventory to designated locations, preparing products for storage and shipment while optimizing warehouse space, inspecting incoming goods for damages or quality issues, performing daily equipment checks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and following all company policies, warehouse safety standards and Jebel Ali Customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Forklift & Material Handling
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse facilities
- Unload, receive, store and move inventory to designated locations
- Prepare products for storage and shipment while optimizing warehouse space utilization
Quality Inspection & Reporting
- Inspect incoming goods, identify damages, and report shortages or quality issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform daily equipment checks and support forklift maintenance requirements

- Follow all company policies, warehouse safety standards and Jebel Ali Customs regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
Certification Requirements
- Valid UAE RTA Forklift Driving License (mandatory)
Essential Skills
- Experience operating an Articulated Forklift is an advantage
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence
