Position Overview
This Service Operator II role, performed under direct supervision, involves rigging-up and rigging-down service equipment, learning to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of services performed. You may conduct training on equipment including shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems, while promoting quality improvement, safety awareness, and environmental consciousness.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Rig-Up & Operation
- Under direct supervision, rig-up and rig-down service equipment
- May conduct training in the operation of shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems
Documentation & Communication
- Learn to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed
- Effectively communicate with others and demonstrate basic reading comprehension and writing skills
- Perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Quality, Safety & HSE Compliance
- Promote and take an active part in the quality improvement process
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience
Essential Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Basic mathematical calculations and reading comprehension and writing skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Completion of specific Baroid training preferred
