Position Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Tower Crane Operator based in Dubai, with primary duties on-site and some work-from-home tasks such as reporting and documentation. The Tower Crane Operator will safely operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment according to site plans and supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Crane Operation & Lifting
- Safely operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment according to site plans
- Conduct pre-operation checks and monitor crane performance
- Follow lifting plans and communicate clearly with signalers and site supervisors
Maintenance & Hazard Reporting
- Assist with routine crane maintenance
- Report any defects or hazards promptly
Documentation & Coordination
- Keep accurate logs of lifting operations

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Certification Requirements
- Valid tower crane operator certification or license recognized in the UAE, or willingness to obtain it as required
Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, particularly tower cranes, in construction or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, including safe load handling, rigging practices, and lifting plans
Essential Skills
- Understanding of lifting equipment such as slings, shackles, hooks, and related accessories
- Competence in inspecting cranes and lifting gear to identify wear, defects, and safety risks
- Ability to read and understand load charts, site drawings, and written instructions
- Effective communication skills working with rigging teams, signalers, and supervisors
- Physical ability to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and on rotating shifts if required
