Position Overview
This role is responsible for the entire management of rider equipment in the UAE market, including design, procurement, replenishment, production planning, and recycling, while ensuring timely delivery and reliable quality of equipment. The role also oversees the daily operation management of the UAE warehouse, including optimizing and executing receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
Rider Equipment Management
- Manage the entire lifecycle of rider equipment in the UAE market, including design, procurement, replenishment, and recycling
- Ensure timely delivery and reliable quality of equipment, continuously optimizing total lifecycle cost
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily operation management of the UAE warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping
- Develop and implement warehouse safety, compliance, and 5S management standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Logistics, Compliance, Procurement, and supplier teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce costs
Rider Care & Team Leadership
- Oversee rider care related to equipment and facilities, improving rider experience and safety
- Lead a team, developing work plans, conducting performance evaluations and training
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, and Warehousing
- Experience in the Middle East preferred
- Team management experience, capable of effectively motivating and guiding subordinates
Essential Skills
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and common office software
- Strong analytical skills
