Position Overview
As part of the Nesternship journey, the Quality Assurance Intern will receive structured functional learning and coaching from experienced Quality professionals while being assigned real business projects focused on quality systems, process standardization, optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business impact within Nestlé’s UAE Food Factories.

Structured Learning & Coaching

What We’re Looking For
Educational Background
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline
Technical & Soft Skills
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and passion for quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Eligibility Requirements
- Hold a valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID
- Have valid personal medical insurance coverage throughout the internship period
- Hold a valid UAE driver’s license
- Be able to independently arrange transportation to and from Jebel Ali / Dubai South
- Be available to work on-site for the full internship duration
