Position Overview
This Stock Assistant role involves managing and organizing stock activities including reception and control of deliveries, customer reservations, obsolete items, invoice follow-up and product re-labelling, ensuring the proper execution of rotating, annual and remote stock inventories, proposing operational process improvements to management, conducting regular stock analyses to identify optimization opportunities, and developing Morning Briefs when required.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Activity Management
- Manage and organize stock activities: reception and control of deliveries, customer reservations and obsolete items
- Follow up on invoices and packaging, and re-label products as needed
- Support the organization of sales
Inventory Execution
- Ensure the proper execution and results of inventories in accordance with procedures
- Manage rotating inventories by product family, the annual inventory, and remote stock inventories
Process Improvement & Analysis
- Make proposals to management to optimize operational processes and improve the supply system
- Enhance logistics organization and regularly conduct stock analyses to identify optimization opportunities
Team Communication
- Develop and conduct Morning Briefs when required
