- Develop the enterprise AI and automation strategy, operating model, governance framework, policies, and roadmap across Elite Group’s multiple businesses and corporate functions
- Establish responsible AI controls covering privacy, security, human oversight, transparency, model risk, and regulatory compliance — building trust in AI from the ground up
- Establish governance for RPA, low-code/no-code automation, and citizen development — enabling scale while maintaining security, quality, and control
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders across automotive, leasing, real estate, construction, and retail operations
AI & Automation Solution Delivery
- Lead solutions from discovery, design, and proof of concept through UAT, production deployment, monitoring, and measurable benefits realization
- Deliver initiatives involving generative AI, enterprise copilots, AI agents, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and customer-service automation
- Ensure secure integration of AI capabilities with ERP, CRM, contact-centre, HR, document-management, web, mobile, and collaboration platforms — including SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, and Microsoft 365
- Apply strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, and responsible AI to deliver production-grade enterprise AI solutions

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across AI, data, automation, software, or digital transformation (REQUIRED)
