ACWA NOMAC is hiring a CCR Operator to run power and water desalination units from the plant control room. If you have five years behind a control panel and stay calm when an alarm goes off, this role keeps essential power and water flowing steadily.
About the Role
You will monitor and control the operating parameters of power and water units, keeping them in steady state so production targets are met under ACWA NOMAC’s work instructions and quality and HSSE standards. From the control panel you will adjust operating conditions and flows, act quickly on abnormalities, stay in radio contact with field operators, update registers and logs, and hand over each shift clearly. You will also run first diagnostic checks, raise work requests, coordinate lock out and tag out under the Permit to Work system, and train junior colleagues.
Career Impact & Growth Opportunity
Power and water desalination are critical infrastructure across the Gulf. Experienced control room operators can progress to Senior CCR Operator, Shift Supervisor or Shift Engineer roles, and the position includes mentoring juniors and contributing to improvement projects.
