Position Overview
This Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Infrastructure role develops and updates Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure using approved engineering information and verified survey data. You will create surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, feature lines, and sections, prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built deliverables, model drainage and utility networks, coordinate interfaces with landscape, structural, MEP, and existing services, and check coordinates, levels, slopes, and drawing outputs while flagging clashes for engineer resolution.

Civil 3D Model Development
- Develop and update Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure

Deliverables & Documentation
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, quantities, and as-built deliverables

Quality Checks & Clash Detection
- Check coordinates, levels, slopes, and drawing outputs/revisions

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience Requirements
- 2-5 years of Civil 3D experience on roads, infrastructure, drainage, or external works projects
- Practical experience with surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, sections, and survey coordinates
- Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and coordinate model changes with engineers, surveyors, and site teams
