Position Overview
This CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator role involves operating the CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine safely and efficiently, reading and understanding engineering drawings and cutting layouts, and setting machine parameters according to material type and thickness. You will load and unload MS, SS, GI, and other metal sheets, perform accurate laser cutting per approved drawings, check finished components for quality, and handle basic machine troubleshooting and daily maintenance.

Machine Operation & Setup
- Operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine safely and efficiently
- Read and understand engineering drawings and cutting layouts
- Set machine parameters according to material type and thickness
- Load and unload MS, SS, GI, and other metal sheets
Quality Control & Precision Cutting
- Perform accurate laser cutting according to approved drawings and dimensions
- Check finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy
Maintenance & Team Coordination
- Handle basic machine troubleshooting and daily maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Coordinate with the fabrication and production team
 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator
- Experience with Fiber Laser Cutting Machine preferred
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of MS, SS, GI, and other metal materials
- Ability to read technical/engineering drawings
- Knowledge of CNC machine settings and cutting parameters
- Good measurement and quality-control skills
Preferred Qualifications
