Key Responsibilities
3D CAD Design & Documentation
- Develop robust 3D CAD designs that meet product requirements
- Solve engineering problems and document design decisions clearly

Cross-Functional Engineering Collaboration
- Communicate design concepts across teams and stakeholders

- Work closely with validation teams to ensure designs meet functional and durability standards
- Balance performance, cost, risk, and timelines across cross-functional projects
Product Delivery & Manufacturing Alignment
- Engage with manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams downstream
- Ensure smooth product delivery aligned with customer expectations
- Support release of production-ready drawings and specifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Crop Care Planter designs
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering from an accredited university
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Prior experience in agricultural equipment design is a plus but not mandatory
- Entry-level friendly: suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals
Essential Skills
- Familiarity with Creo Parametric for 3D CAD design is essential
- Willingness to learn PLM systems and AGCO-specific engineering tools on the job
- Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading), as all documentation is in English
