Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC) and cost management
- Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms and implement cost reduction strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement
- Availability to work in a shift system (day/night)
