Position Overview
This Scaffolding Coordinator role involves planning and monitoring scaffolding and formwork activities per project schedules and safety requirements, acting as the single point of contact for scaffolding and formwork matters, managing day-to-day yard operations including receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, ensuring optimal utilization and traceability of systems, and supporting procurement through Material Requests, Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipt Notes while coordinating with external vendors such as PERI and DOKA.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Project Coordination
- Plan, coordinate and monitor scaffolding and formwork activities per approved schedules, drawings and method statements
- Act as single point of contact for scaffolding and formwork matters across running projects
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, safety, procurement, logistics, yard and finance teams
Yard Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day scaffolding and formwork yard operations, including receipt, storage and maintenance
- Track and dispatch materials, ensuring optimal utilization, availability and traceability
- Coordinate timely material movements between yard and multiple project sites
Procurement & Logistics Support
- Create and manage Material Requests (MRs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
- Follow up on approvals and ensure timely delivery and return of materials
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Interact regularly with external vendors and system suppliers such as PERI, DOKA and other approved suppliers
- Coordinate technical clarifications, deliveries, inspections, returns and operational follow-ups for hired or purchased systems
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Skills
- Experience planning and coordinating scaffolding and formwork activities on construction projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement documentation (MRs, PRs, GRNs)
- Experience coordinating with external system suppliers such as PERI and DOKA
