Position Overview
This Finance Associate role, depending on the assigned Finance function, involves supporting planning, budgeting and forecasting, assisting with periodic reporting and closing, analyzing financial results and variances, preparing management reports, dashboards and presentations, supporting accounting and reconciliations, working with business teams to collect and validate financial information, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Performance Analysis
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Analyze financial results, trends, variances, costs and business performance
- Support commercial and operational finance activities, including profitability and cost analysis
Financial Reporting
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and closing activities
- Support preparation of management reports, dashboards and financial presentations
Accounting & Controls
- Assist Finance teams with accounting, reconciliations, financial controls and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate financial data and documentation in line with company policies and governance
- Support compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, policies and regulatory requirements
Collaboration & Improvement
- Work with business and functional teams to collect, validate and analyze financial information
- Contribute to process improvement, automation and Finance transformation initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects and other Finance initiatives as business needs require
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant early-career Finance experience
Essential Skills
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
