Position Overview
This full-time, on-site Order Coordinator role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and purchase orders. The Order Coordinator reviews incoming orders for accuracy, enters data into internal systems, and ensures timely order processing in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Data Entry
- Review incoming orders for accuracy and enter data into internal systems
- Ensure timely order processing in line with company policies
Purchase Order & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
Customer Communication & Issue Resolution
- Resolve order-related issues or discrepancies
- Communicate frequently with customers to confirm order details and provide status updates
Inventory & Process Improvement
- Support inventory reconciliation and maintain organized records
- Contribute to continuous improvements in order management and customer service procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Language Requirements
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin Chinese, as well as English
Essential Skills
- Strong proficiency in order-related activities, including Order Management and Purchase Orders

- Customer service skills, including responsiveness and problem-solving
