Position Overview
This Warehouse In-Charge / Senior Storekeeper role involves managing daily warehouse and store operations, supervising receiving, inspection, storage, issuance and dispatch, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper material identification, labelling and binning, conducting stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation, monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels, preparing delivery notes, material issue notes and GRNs, supervising loading and unloading, managing warehouse helpers, supporting audits, and operating or supporting forklift activities when required.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Store Operations
- Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, issuance and dispatch of materials
- Supervise loading and unloading activities
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper material arrangement
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movement
- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, binning and storage
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory
Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare delivery notes, material issue notes, GRNs and related warehouse documentation on time
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics and Site teams on material requirements
- Support audits and maintain complete warehouse and inventory documentation
Team, Safety & Equipment
- Manage warehouse staff/helpers and allocate daily tasks where required
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, HSE requirements and company policies
- Operate or support forklift activities when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a Warehouse In-Charge, Senior Storekeeper, Storekeeper or Warehouse Supervisor
- Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
Essential Skills
- Ability to independently manage stores and warehouse activities
- Good knowledge of material receiving, issuance, stock control and documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse reporting
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to supervise warehouse teams and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems preferred
Forklift Requirements
- Forklift driving experience is preferred
- Forklift licence/certification would be an added advantage
