Position Overview
This R&D Specialist job in Dubai is built for a pharmacist who enjoys lab work as much as documentation. You will move between pre-formulation studies, trial batches, analytical method validation and stability testing, then write up the findings and keep quality systems current through AmpleLogic eQMS and eDMS.

 Key Responsibilities
- Run pre-formulation studies: physicochemical characterization, solubility, stability screening, and API/excipient compatibility
- Develop oral solid, semisolid and liquid formulations through trial batches and optimization runs
- Perform analytical method validation studies, protocols and final reports
- Execute cleaning validation, recovery studies and raw material analysis
- Perform physicochemical testing during product development per approved SOPs
- Prepare and execute development stability protocols, testing and final reports
- Calibrate instruments and issue specifications and test certificates
- Document pre-formulation, formulation and analytical work in development reports
- Handle OOS, NCR investigations, deviations and CAPAs via AmpleLogic eQMS
- Prepare SOPs in AmpleLogic eDMS
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy
- More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field
- Relevant, hands-on experience in Research and Development
