Position Overview
This Junior Associate – Production (Needling) role involves setting production machines and operating process plant equipment for fiberization, needling and log handling, performing quality tests such as shot content and tensile testing, conducting online inspection of product physical parameters and taking immediate corrective action, detecting and reporting machine abnormalities to the maintenance team, performing product changeover and setup procedures, and documenting production activities daily.
