This Hotel Cleanliness Expert / Guest Environment Expert role involves working across a wide range of housekeeping functions to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. The role requires ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and keeping a professional uniform, appearance and communication style, while being on your feet and working hands-on throughout your shift.
