Position Overview
This role is for hands-on quality people who like solving problems on the production floor. You will track product quality with SPC, react fast when results drift, and follow every issue through to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out incoming, in-process and final product inspections and testing
- Monitor quality with SPC and act quickly on deviations
- Investigate non-conformances and complaints using 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D
- Run corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) until closed
- Maintain ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 or BRCGS systems and support audits
- Manage calibration of measuring and testing equipment
- Record inspection results, quality reports and KPIs accurately
Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of hands-on quality experience in plastic, can making or paper manufacturing (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Materials Engineering
- Product testing knowledge: seam teardown, top load, leak, burst, ECT/BCT and dimensional checks
- Working knowledge of SPC, FMEA and Control Plans
- Willingness to work shifts
- Preferred: Internal Auditor certificate, food contact packaging standards, SAP QM
