Position Overview
This Chief Product Officer role involves setting the product vision, strategy and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform, taking products from 0 to 1 then 1 to n, recruiting and leading a world-class product and engineering team, working hands-on with frontier AI models and agent frameworks, making bold calculated bets under uncertainty, partnering across engineering, design and GTM to align company strategy, and staying close to users including agents, brokers, buyers, sellers and investors.

Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
- Set the vision, strategy and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform
- Own the conviction behind the agentic-first product thesis end to end
Building 0 to 1, Then 1 to n
- Take products from blank page to launch to scale
- Define the first wedge, ship fast, learn faster and expand
Team Building & Technology
- Recruit, lead and grow a world-class product, design and product-engineering culture
- Work hands-on with frontier models, agent frameworks and emerging tooling
- Run experiments others consider too early or too risky
Cross-Company Leadership
- Make bold, calculated bets with incomplete information and own the outcomes
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM and leadership to align company strategy
- Talk constantly to agents, brokers, buyers, sellers and investors to translate real estate reality into products
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- A proven builder who has built and shipped products real people used, ideally including 0-to-1 work
- Fluency in cutting-edge AI, having worked with LLMs, agents or applied AI in production
