Position Overview

This Pflegefachkraft role develops, steers, and shapes nursing care processes at the Caritas-Elisabethstift elderly care facility in Wettringen, which offers 59 full inpatient care places alongside palliative care, short-term care, day care, assisted living, and a café. You will exercise professional supervision over subordinate staff and engage in inter- and intra-professional collaboration, supporting residents and day guests in leading individual, dignified lives.
