Position Overview
The Food Safety HSE Manager is a senior, multi-disciplinary leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring all Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety policies across the UAE operation. You will lead HACCP implementation across all food handling and processing areas, conduct comprehensive site inspections and risk assessments, carry out internal compliance audits, and deliver structured staff training programs covering food hygiene, safety standards, and emergency response procedures. This role demands a confident, certified professional who can work across operational, regulatory, and team management responsibilities simultaneously — and who understands the specific requirements of the UAE food industry environment at a senior level.
Why This Role Matters: As a Food Safety HSE Manager in the UAE, you are the single most important line of defense between the organization and serious food safety, health, and environmental risk. Your HACCP systems protect consumers. Your HSE policies protect workers. Your risk assessments protect the business. Your audits protect regulatory compliance. And your training programs build a culture of safety that sustains all of the above — day after day. In the UAE’s rapidly growing and increasingly regulated food sector, a skilled, certified Food Safety HSE Manager is not just valuable — they are absolutely essential. This is your opportunity to lead at the highest level of food safety and HSE management in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
