You’ll support companies through the human side of change: empowering employees, breaking down resistance, building digital confidence, and fostering a culture where innovation is welcomed, not feared. Your work directly determines the ROI of the group’s entire digitalization agenda.
Key Responsibilities
AI Use Case Development & User Adoption
- Identify new AI potential and opportunities across the group’s operating companies in partnership with IT and business leaders
- Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption and change management concepts for AI use cases, new systems, and digital platforms
- Drive sustainable establishment of new digital ways of working from rollout through to long-term embedment
- Support AI tool onboarding — including generative AI, automation tools, and enterprise AI platforms — ensuring confident, compliant usage
Training, Workshops & Learning Content Creation
- Plan, organise, and deliver engaging training courses, workshops, and interactive sessions for employees at all levels
- Create practical learning content — user manuals, e-learning modules, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials — tailored to each audience
- Design communication materials that make complex technical topics accessible, practical, and motivating
- Build train-the-trainer frameworks so adoption scales across the group efficiently
Digital Champion Network & Key User Community
- Build and maintain a group-wide network of key users and digital champions across all operating companies
- Collaborate closely with specialist departments to integrate new digital ways of working into daily operations
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between companies to accelerate adoption and share best practices
- Moderate communities of practice and best-practice networks to keep digital momentum alive post-launch
Adoption Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting
- Develop and maintain adoption dashboards tracking key metrics: usage rates, training completion, user satisfaction, and business impact
- Analyse user feedback and acceptance metrics to identify friction points and optimisation opportunities
- Continuously improve the user experience of digital solutions based on data-driven insights
- Produce regular reports for senior leadership on digitalization initiative success and adoption progress
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Moderate communities and best-practice sharing networks to measure the success of digitalization initiatives
- Derive targeted improvement measures to increase sustained usage of implemented digital solutions
- Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses ahead of major technology rollouts
- Champion an open, collaborative digital culture guided by the group’s core values of quality, diversity, and mutual respect

Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- ✅ Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- ✅ Proven professional experience in IT adoption, change management, digital workplace, IT training, or IT project management
- ✅ Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) — C1 or higher
- ✅ Good English language skills (spoken and written) — B2 or higher
- ✅ Genuine enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and modern workplace technologies
- ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills with proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- ✅ Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong service orientation
- ✅ Right to work in Germany — Germany residents and eligible EU/EEA citizens
Desirable
- Experience in the building services engineering (BSE) sector — electrical engineering, HVAC, or comparable technical environment
- Hands-on experience with AI adoption frameworks (Copilot, generative AI tools, automation platforms)
- Familiarity with adoption analytics tools, LMS platforms, or digital adoption platforms (DAP)
- Experience building key user / digital champion networks in a multi-site corporate environment
- Prior exposure to Mittelstand or multi-company group structures in Germany
