Position Overview
The Restaurant General Manager leads the whole restaurant. You make sure guests have an exceptional experience, the numbers are healthy, and company standards are met every shift. You coach your managers and team, handle guest feedback, and work closely with HR, Finance and Operations.

 Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Keep food quality, service, cleanliness and safety at the highest standard
- Follow company policies and food safety rules
Team & Guests
- Lead, coach and develop restaurant managers and team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling and team performance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns well
Sales & Profit
- Drive sales and profitability while controlling labor and operating costs
- Work with HR, Finance and Operations on initiatives that lift guest satisfaction and business results
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong commercial and operational sense
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control and restaurant financials
- Comfort in a fast-paced hospitality environment
