Position Overview
As Inventory Associate, you monitor stock levels, keep records accurate and make sure replenishment happens on time. You’ll count stock regularly, update inventory systems, verify deliveries against purchase orders and work with production and sales to avoid both shortages and overstock.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock of ingredients, packaging materials and finished products
- Run regular stock counts and update inventory systems
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders
- Coordinate with production and sales to prevent shortages or overstock
- Organize and label storage areas
- Check product quality and expiry dates
- Prepare reports on inventory usage and trends
- Follow internal procedures and food safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Core Skills: Inventory management and inventory control, including reconciling discrepancies
- Communication: Clear communication and a service-minded approach with colleagues
- Systems: Basic computer skills; inventory or POS system familiarity is a plus
- Experience: Inventory, warehousing, retail or food production background is an advantage
- Physical: Able to lift and move stock and stand for long periods
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation
