A precision manufacturer in Riederich is looking for a Toleranzmanagement-Ingenieur (Tolerance Management Engineer). You will use systematic tolerance management so that precision assemblies work reliably in high-volume production, working with design, manufacturing and quality teams.
About the Role
Focus: Tolerance management for precision assemblies in series production
Methods: 1D and 3D, statistical and worst-case tolerance analysis
Partners: Design, manufacturing and quality
Tools: 3DCS, VisVSA, Cetol
Location: Riederich, south of Stuttgart
Career Opportunity
Impact: Your analyses decide whether parts fit and work in large series
Variety: Tolerance concepts, measurement planning and assembly ideas in one role
Skills: Work at the link between design, production and quality
Region: Baden-Württemberg, a core region for German precision engineering
Position Overview
This Tolerance Management Engineer role covers the full tolerance chain. You will build and run tolerance analyses, define tolerance concepts with design and manufacturing, derive measurement and inspection concepts with quality, assess process capability (cp/cpk) and supplier data, and help shape alignment and assembly concepts.
Why This Role Matters: When tolerances are wrong, assemblies fail or costs rise. A good tolerance engineer prevents both. In this role you protect product function in high-volume production and work across disciplines on real design and quality decisions.
Key Responsibilities
