Why This Role Matters: As Warehouse Team Leader in Dubai, you are the operational heart that keeps goods moving accurately, teams performing effectively, and customers receiving exactly what they ordered — on time and in perfect condition. Your leadership across loading, inventory counts, delivery documentation, and cross-functional coordination directly protects customer satisfaction, reduces stock discrepancies, and drives the warehouse efficiency that the entire supply chain depends upon every single day.

 Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Daily Operations Management

  • Lead, supervise, and guide all warehouse team members to ensure smooth, accurate, and safe day-to-day operations
  • Allocate tasks strategically, coordinate workloads, and ensure effective utilisation of manpower and available warehouse resources
  • Monitor team performance consistently, provide timely feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets
  • Ensure all warehouse activities — goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading — are completed safely and within required timelines

Quality Control & Goods Management

  • Ensure the quality, condition, and quantity of all incoming and outgoing goods fully meet company quality and compliance standards
  • Supervise loading and offloading activities rigorously — preventing product damage, shipment discrepancies, and unnecessary trade returns
  • Ensure goods received and loaded always match the quantities and specifications in the relevant orders and supporting documentation
  • Verify the quantity and condition of all returned goods against relevant documents to minimise customer complaints and stock discrepancies

Delivery Documentation & Customer Compliance

  • Ensure all delivery invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same delivery day, duly signed by customers as proof of delivery
  • Monitor delivery documentation compliance and follow up promptly on any outstanding or unsigned delivery paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all outbound and inbound deliveries for audit, reconciliation, and management reporting
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Transport teams to ensure all delivery commitments are consistently met

Inventory Control & Cycle Counting

  • Coordinate and actively support weekly cycle counts — planning schedules, allocating team resources, and overseeing execution
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies identified during cycle counts, audits, or routine stock checking activities
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and auditable inventory records are maintained across all warehouse stock locations at all times
  • Proactively identify root causes of stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures to prevent ongoing inventory inaccuracies

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Audit, Transport, and Sales teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Act as the primary warehouse operations point of contact for internal teams — communicating clearly and resolving issues proactively
  • Participate in operational review meetings and contribute practical, data-driven insights to improve warehouse performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related relevant discipline
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics are a valued advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE — with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a warehouse team to consistently achieve operational and performance targets
  • Proven knowledge of UAE warehouse operations, inventory control systems, quality standards, and delivery documentation processes

Essential Skills

  • Strong team leadership, task allocation, and performance management skills in a fast-paced UAE warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills — able to engage effectively across multiple internal departments
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction outcomes
