Pay: €55,000-65,000 gross per year, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours)

Position Overview
This Fullstack Developer role starts with building the customer dashboard for booking, payment, user and licence management, and company login via customer accounts. It then turns AI features into reusable building blocks.
Why This Role Matters: You join early, shape architecture and quality, and own applications from the database to the interface. The hiring process even includes a small test project where AI tools are allowed.
Key Responsibilities
Stage 1: Customer Dashboard
- Build the dashboard where customers book, manage and pay, so they can start without help
- Build administration for users, licences, quotas and usage
- Connect customer company accounts for single sign-on and verify customer domains
- Show customers which models they use and what it costs, in German and English
Stage 2: AI Features as Product
- Build the knowledge connection that prepares company documents for search and chat
- Give language models access to tools and customer systems via MCP
- Turn single automations into templates that roll out and update for every customer
- Build dashboards for internal metrics and develop older applications further
Qualifications
Experience
- First web development experience (work-student jobs, thesis or own projects count) and confident TypeScript in frontend and backend
- Ability to program without letting AI think for you: understand your code, debug, and spot weak AI suggestions
- UI work with a modern component framework (Solid here; React, Vue or Svelte transfer), ideally with Tailwind
- HTTP backends with Postgres, data modelling, migrations and SQL
- Testing as part of the work, from unit to end-to-end
- Everyday use of AI assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot, backed by tests and reviews
Advantage
- Vue 3 and Nuxt, Stripe and webhooks, OAuth and OIDC
- Containers and CI pipelines, Storybook and Figma implementation
- LLM APIs, vector search, agentic workflows or MCP servers, and tools like n8n
Education & Languages
- Computer science or related degree, or equivalent training and practice
- Works in German and English
Not Part of the Role
- No infrastructure or network operations, GPU work or model training
