Position Overview
This Personalreferent role runs from onboarding to exit. You will manage recruiting, advise staff and managers, create reports, develop the HR system and update guidelines, while keeping legal and internal rules in view.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & Recruiting
- Handle HR work across the whole employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
- Run recruiting, from job descriptions and publishing to screening and candidate communication
Advice & Reporting
- Advise and support employees and managers on all HR matters
- Create regular reports and support decision papers
Systems, Policy & Compliance
- Develop the HR system as key user, including workflow configuration and skill and learning management
- Revise guidelines and procedures
- Ensure legal, internal and regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualification
- Completed commercial training with further education as Personalfachkaufmann/-frau, or a business degree with an HR focus
Experience
- Several years as a Personalreferent, manufacturing experience an advantage
- Skilled in HR management systems, ideally rexx, and MS Office, especially Excel
Essential Skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Enthusiasm for an owner-managed mid-sized company where you can shape things
- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, communicative and empathetic
