Position Overview
The Team Leader – Outlet supports the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow, efficient delivery, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. The role provides hands-on supervision during service periods, maintains quality standards, and supports the ongoing development of the outlet team.

Key Responsibilities
Service Leadership & Guest Experience
- Support day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and supervise colleagues during service, ensuring service standards, grooming, and procedures are followed
- Deliver personalized, attentive service and handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Support reservations, table allocations, VIP arrangements, and special occasions
Quality, Product Knowledge & Sales
- Monitor food and beverage service standards for quality, presentation, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and beverage selections
- Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for timely, seamless order delivery
- Drive sales through upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
Team Development & Communication
- Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues on product knowledge and service techniques
- Conduct shift briefings covering operational updates, promotions, guest preferences, and service expectations
Operations, Compliance & Administration
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, equipment condition, and presentation against brand standards
- Support inventory controls, operating supplies management, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety regulations
- Assist outlet management with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational follow-up
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, F&B service standards, and guest engagement
- Proven ability to lead and motivate colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and service recovery
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications preferred
